This blog will let you follow our pilot project doing Extreme Programming at Creuna Sweden.
It's written by the first up pair programming pair Simon and Tommy, who are the initiators of trying out XP, along with the Interaction Designer Angelina and the Project Manager Lisa.
The project started 1 october 2009 and is about to be released 1 march 2010.
